How To Report/Raise Concern Through mMR Support

How to raise any mmr related issues or concerns using the mmr support tool

In this article you will learn how to raise a concern, raise ticket for mmr related issues from mmr through the mmr support tool

Steps:

  1. In the mmr on the top header you will notice a chat icon with a question mark, click on the icon

  2. Clicking on the icon will open below chat window

3. Click on the "Send us a message" section and a chat message box will open as below

4. Brief description of the issue and some basic details like for which member and if possible a screenshot of the where the issue is happening would help the mmr support team to look into the issue

5. Once the details of the issue are typed in, click on the send icon.

To send a screenshot, click on the attachment icon and select the screenshot from your system as shown below and click send.

If you would like to send a screen recording, the same steps would apply, just make sure when providing a video, the recording time is below 1 minute in order to comply with the attachment size limit of 40MBs.

6. When you receive a message from the support team you will get a notification and you can respond to the message.

7. If you need to raise a separate unrelated issue or question click on the "Send us a message" section on the home screen and send another message

8. All the open issues can be checked by clicking on the messages icon and you can follow up or provide more information as the mmr support team requests.
