Programs Tab

Learn about how to view and change program status

In the program tab, all the member program will be listed with Active program displaying first and then pending, completed and not enrolled. This list page has high level information of each program

  1. Program name

  2. Program Status

  3. Identified on, start date and the duration of days in each program

  4. Practice and provider information

  5. Primary Case manager details

  6. In case of CCP, PHMP or RRP the progress indication

On mouse hover on the program row, you will get "View Details" button. Click on this button to view or make changes to the program.

When clicked on the "View Details" button a side panel will be opened

This side panel has more details about the program

Program View Details Panel

In this program details side panel there are different tabs that would be available based on the status of the program and data available. Below you will learn more about each tab

  1. Program Status

    • In this section you will be able to see the current program status and down the time line, all the program statuses the program has been through.

    • The current status can be edited to add in more notes or update the start date for the current status

    • The date can be adjusted back only to 3-4 business days from the current day

    Change status

    • The program status can be changed by clicking on the "Change Status" button.

    • Once clicked on the "Change Status" button, the next eligible program statuses will be displayed.

    • Say program is in pending status then the next eligible statuses would be "Active", "Not Enrolled" and "Completed"

    • On mouse hover on any of the status, there will be a link to move the member program to the selected status

    • Once all the details are provided and saved the program status will be changed

    • The current status will be updated and the same will reflect in the Program Status time line

2. Progress

For the program types CCP or PHMP or RRP if there is enough data to calculate the progress you will see the member progress for the program. This is same as the progress section that you see in the over view. For more details Click Here


Engagement

If there are case notes submitted the the last successful and the last attempt details will be available here. For more details Click Here


3. Details and Consent

This section has all the details about the program and when the verbal and written consent are taken from the member.
