In this article you learn in which cases member would receive task related email or SMS notifications and what happens when member takes an action to those notifications.
Intake/Follow Up task appointments can be scheduled with zoom meetings or without zoom meetings. When the task is scheduled member would receive an email and SMS notification that an appointment is scheduled.
Below is example when task appointment has been scheduled

With zoom Email: Notification will include zoom meeting details with time zone as below
With zoom SMS: Zoom meeting SMS notification has the zoom meeting information as below
Without zoom Email: For no zoom meeting appointment tasks, how member would be contacted details would be included
Without zoom SMS Example: For no zoom meeting appointment tasks, how member would be contacted details would be included
Reminders:
When scheduling meeting reminders can be set so members can be notified prior to the meeting time. These reminders would be either email or SMS or can be both.
If multiple reminders are set say for example one hour before and 10 minutes before send email and SMS notifications.
First but not last reminder: This notification does not include meeting information

If in the first reminder member accepts the appointment, then the next following reminder would display as below

Then for the first reminder will not have the meeting details or the mode of contact details. The last reminder will include the zoom meeting or mode of contact details.
If only one reminder is set, say notify 10 minutes before, then this reminder that would be sent will display as a last reminder
Last Reminder: Last reminder would always have the zoom or mode of contact details in the notifications
