Engagement Logs is an overview of the different engagements methods used to connect with our members. By using Engagement Logs, you can review at a high level how many calls or chats are conducted each day and how many of these engagements are successful.

Using filters to find specifically Engagement Logs for:
Program
Care Extender
Date Range
Engagement Method
On Mouseover, you can view the Case Note icon to quickly link towards the case note created for that engagement.
For Chat Engagements, a collapsible button to view chat logs directly from the page.
Icons to quickly show engagement type.
Time engagement started and duration when applicable.
Name of Case Extender and related contact in the call (such as a proxy)
In addition, you can access the Engagement Logs tab on the member’s page to see the member’s engagement activity.
