Here's a how-to article on releasing your mMR phone number. Please keep in mind that this is used as a last resort since you would have to update all your members with your new mMR phone number. If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to contact mMR Support.

Instructions
Click on the initials/avatar on the top right of the mMR site
Select Settings
Click on the mMR Phone Setup tab
Under the Release mMR Phone Number, click on the Release Number button
Please keep in mind the following:
Only release your mMR phone number if you need to generate a new number with a new area code.
Any calls to the number being released will no longer be directed to you.
All existing text rooms for this number will be deactivated.
Your previous engagement logs will continue to show this number.
Be sure to let your members know about your new number.
Once done, you will be prompted to create a new number using an area code of your preference.
