Bulk Case Notes

mMR offers the tool of completing bulk notes in order to streamline the process of recording information in member charts that is repetitive for multiple members. Bulk Notes should never be entered into mMR prior to the bulk message being sent to each member involved.

Acceptable Uses for Bulk Case Notes

  • Notification that office will be closed

    • Include the 24-hour hotline (888)879-9786

  • Notification that employee will be out of the office

    • Include supervisor’s contact information

    • Include the 24-hour hotline (888)879-9786

  • Reminder for group events that members would be interested in attending

    • Include link for joining group event

    • Include name/topic of group event

    • Include date/time of group event

  • Change in staffing of care team

    • Include names of new care team member

    • Include contact information for new care team member

  • If a situation arises that a bulk note would prove beneficial, discuss with your supervisor prior to utilizing this tool.

How to create a bulk note

  1. On the member listing page, hover mouse over member’s name until a checkbox appears on the left side of member’s name.

  1. Select the members that will receive the same text

  2. Click on Bulk Actions

  3. On pop-up menu, click Case Note

  1. Complete case note as usual

  2. Choose Publish

  3. You will be notified via a pop up window when the case note has been posted

    1. Note the number of members with published case note vs. number of members requested receive this case note
