Engagement Requests

Engagement requests are the tool used by mMR when a member attempts to contact someone on their Care Team. Engagement requests are literally a request from the member for a Mindoula employee to respond to them.

Engagement Request Overview

Created by member attempting to contact the Care Team

Need to be checked a minimum of three times daily (start/middle/end)

Should never be more than 24 hours old

Always require a new case note entered

Engagement Request Location

  • Top of mMR page in the top grey bar (Looks like two talk bubbles connected)

  • Click on that Icon

  • Filter for your name under ‘Assigned to’

  • Engagement Requests are listed on left

  • New requests are salmon in color, Closed and Pending requests are grey

Responding to Engagement Requests

  • Click on the request

  • Choose “Accept” in upper right corner

  • Respond to the case note by returning the call, text, etc.

  • If not completed at this point, choose Add Case Note

    • mMR will open a blank case note screen

  • If case note has been completed, choose Close Without Case Note

  • When you complete your case note, mMR will ask if this case note is connected to the open Engagement Request

  • If you do not get prompted:

    • Re-open Engagement Requests and confirm the request in question has been closed.

      • If open, click on request and choose to close without case note
