Lane View Status was developed in mMR as a way to organize care. Each program has a separate workflow that organizes the way a Member moves through programs and which tasks are assigned at each status of care.
Lane View in mMR
When looking at a Member list in mMR you can use “lane view” to get a visual representation of your case load or a cohort in the Member journey. This view is the middle icon to the left of the “Add Member” button. It is accessible by clicking the middle icon located to the left of the "Add Member" button.
The “List View” in mMR also can feature a workflow state column:
You can also view individual Members by workflow, or lane, they are in by viewing the Member Overview Tab:
Manual Movement Between Lanes
Members are moved through lanes either automatically per program specific settings, or manually. Below are the steps for moving a Member manually:
To move a Member to a different status, select the program tab in mMR.
Hover over the program to reveal the “view details” button.
Then select “Change Status.”
Select the Appropriate Status.
Program Specific Movement Between Lanes
Each Program has specific workflow rules that affect lane view. Those are outlined here: SPHM Lane View
