In mMR, tasks are the equivalent of a ‘To Do” list. They serve as a reminder for individual Care Team Members (CTMs) to complete work, they are a communication tool for the entire Care Team, they are a method of organization for the Member chart, and they ensure a Member or required process does not get left undone. Utilizing Tasks is not optional, but a required workflow.

Important Information Regarding Tasks
When a Member appointment is created in mMR, a task is created for participating CTMs.
Member confirmed appointments are visible as a green check mark in the CTM task list for the day
If Member declines session/appt will show as red X in CTM task list for the day
Once a task is created, you can change the due date when task is accomplished for the month (updating every 30/60 days)
Your Care Team cohorts (and your supervisors) are looking to tasks to understand what you are doing/what your plan is for this member
Check your task list daily. You should have no overdue tasks when you leave for the day. You can change the due dates if your schedule has changed in order to organize your week.
